A documentary authored by Blake Le Vine, entitled Rap Therapy, is currently being worked on which focuses on the relationship between Hip Hop and social change (gang violence, drugs, etc). More details about the documentary below.
But what most will find interesting about this article is the $1 Million going to the winner of the rap battle. Even more interesting are the participants that will hopefully be involved. Kid Rock and Eminem are the two MCs being offered the opportunity to battle for the $1 million dollars. It’s unknown if there are other MCs being considered or if it is limited to Detroit artists.
Even if the $1 million dollars or any other details do not work out (aka: are lies), this idea has definitely created some buzz about who would win between Kid Rock and Eminem. Well I don’t really know how much of a discussion is needed to answer that question, but it’s out there to be questioned and answered.
